Dr. R. Shaun Ferguson – is a resident of Rockledge, Florida, where he received his education in Brevard County Schools. Pastor Shaun furthered his education and received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida in Microbiology; followed by post baccalaureate studies in Public Health from the University of South Florida. After Pastor Shaun accepted the call for ministry, he pursued higher education from the Truth Bible College and Seminary where he received a Masters in Christian Psychology and a Doctorate in Theology.
Pastor Shaun dedicated his life to Christ as a young adult while in college. He answered the call of God for ministry at the age of twenty-five years old, and he began to exercise his gift with teenagers. Pastor Shaun saw hundreds of teenagers’ lives change through teaching the Word of God with simple illustrations. After serving as youth Pastor for over eight years, he was appointed Senior Pastor of Faith Temple Christian Center in 2001.
Pastor Shaun serves as a Chaplain with the Rockledge and formerly with Cocoa Police Departments, and the Brevard County Jail, assisting officers and families during times of transition. He is a former board member of the United Way, and currently serves on the Brevard County Community Action Board and recently appointed to the Salvation Army Board of Directors.
Pastor Shaun is married to a lovely wife, Pastor Te-Kisha that shares his love for God’s people and passion for ministry. They have one son, Shawn.
